Bass-Jons to Fish Burnt Mills on Saturday, June 12

Bass-Jons will hold their eighth tournament of 2010 on Burnt Mills on Saturday, June 12. After the city performed ramp improvements, the Bass-Jons leadership agreed to put the lake in the vote for this event, and the membership voted to hold the tournament there.
Bass-Jons votes on the location for each tournament. After a location has been selected, it is unavailable for voting until all other bodies of water have been selected and fished. With the addition of Burnt Mills, Bass-Jons now has seven bodies of water in the rotation, including Lake Smith, Burnt Mills, Western Branch, Lake Prince, Lake Cohoon, Lake Meade, and the Nottoway River. Currently, Lake Smith and Burnt Mills are removed from the vote since they have been selected during the current rotation.
